Job Overview

The Home Assessing Manager position is a key leadership role that requires an individual to provide strategic direction, coaching, and training to team members. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accountability and development of the Home Assessing team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Direct responsibility for the On-road Assessing Team and Desktop Assessing Team
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with Commercial Managers to procure supplier services
  • Lead and develop capability through team meetings to create a highly engaged, technically strong, customer-focused Home Assessing team
  • Coach, mentor, and support team members to ensure performance meets or exceeds KPIs and service standards
  • Elevate complex negotiations and disputes as required
  • Implement and oversee WH&S regulatory frameworks
  • Monitor, manage, and audit supplier performance
About You
  • Extensive senior leadership experience with at least 5 years leading teams
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the Home Assessing environment
  • Strong commercial acumen and capability in developing strategic programs
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Strong written communication skills
