Job Description

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage our Home Assessing team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in senior leadership and a minimum of 5 years experience leading teams.

The ideal candidate will be able to provide direction, support, training, and coaching to ensure the team's performance meets or exceeds KPIs and service standards. They will also be responsible for identifying and reporting key trends within the Home Assessing team and external practices that could affect the business.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Leadership Experience: Extensive senior leadership experience with at least 5 years leading teams.
Industry Knowledge: Minimum 5 years' experience and strong knowledge of the Home Assessing, Building Repair and Restoration environment and related practices.

  • Strong commercial acumen and capability in developing and executing strategic programs
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal communication skills for negotiating outcomes with customers and industry professionals
  • Strong written communication skills, including report writing
