Senior Home Assessment Manager

This is a senior role within our home assessment team, where you will be responsible for leading and managing a group of dedicated professionals to deliver exceptional results and customer service.
- You will provide high-level guidance on home claim assessment queries from staff members, including escalation, complaints management, and complex issues resolution.
- Monitor and oversee task completion, roster adherence, and team performance to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.
- Analyze and interpret regular performance reports to guarantee adequate coverage for review, escalation, and assessment requirements.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and programs to enhance team and customer experience.
- Develop and recommend strategies to continually improve team performance.
- Maintain virtual assessment coverage across multiple claim and severity types.
