About the Role
Job DescriptionThis position plays a crucial role in managing various insurance claims. As a Claims Officer, you will provide effective claims management for litigated and non-litigated claims across multiple classes of Professional & Public Liability, Councillors' & Officers', Motor Vehicle, Contract Works, and Industrial Special Risks. You will work closely with the Coordinator General Insurance to provide specialist support.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a variety of insurance claims effectively.
- Provide expert advice to your team and stakeholders.
- Demonstrate customer service excellence and contribute as an effective member of the team.
- Exercise high level of integrity and manage confidential information carefully.
- Significant experience in managing insurance claims.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to exercise initiative and judgement when required.
- Ability to engage with key stakeholders effectively.
