Strategic Claim Resolution Specialist

As a Claims Professional, you will be responsible for managing and completing site assessments, ascertaining the cause and extent of damage, appointing trades and other specialists, and providing a seamless claims experience for customers.
This role involves working with customers to understand their needs and providing solutions that meet those needs. You will be confident in your ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting site assessments to determine the cause and extent of damage
- Appointing trades and other specialists to assist with the claims process
- Providing clear and accurate advice to customers on the progress of their claim
- Documenting all decisions made and reasons, including ownership details, reserve changes and acceptance/rejection of claims
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the claims process and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Loss Adjusting qualifications preferred or professional qualifications applicable to the Loss Adjusting industry
- Trade qualifications advantageous
- Current and valid driver's license
