Claims Manager

Rapid restoration and insurance recovery experts are required to manage and coordinate insurance claims, focusing on water damage, mould remediation, fire, flood, storm, and make safe operations.
Key responsibilities include liaising with insurers, loss adjusters, assessors, and policyholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in restoration, insurance building, or claims management and a strong understanding of water/flood/fire/mould restoration workflows.
The successful candidate will lead and coordinate multiple jobs across different locations, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, scopes of work, and insurer SLAs. Excellent communication skills and proficiency with job management software are essential for this role.

Job Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate insurance restoration claims
- Liaise with insurance companies, loss adjusters, assessors, and policyholders
- Lead and coordinate multiple jobs across different locations
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards, scopes of work, and insurer SLAs
- Update and maintain accurate job files using Prime Ecosystems (or similar job management systems)
- Experience in restoration, insurance building, or claims management (3+ years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of water/flood/fire/mould restoration workflows
- Understanding of insurance claim processes and reporting requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient with job management software - Prime Ecosystems experience a strong advantage
