Claims Specialist

As a Claims Specialist, you will be responsible for effectively managing claims related to various classes. You will work closely with the General Insurance team to support expert claims management.
Main Responsibilities- Manage and resolve insurance claims in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide expert guidance and advice to team members and stakeholders
- Demonstrate high integrity and confidentiality
- Develop and maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exercise initiative and sound judgement when required
- Engage key stakeholders to support claim resolution and management
- Significant experience in claims management and insurance industry knowledge
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to contribute as an effective team member
