Job Title: Schedule Management Specialist

This role focuses on delivering expert support for our scheduling systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of schedule management principles and practices.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Roster Development: Develop schedules in accordance with organizational policies and agreements.
  • Resource Allocation: Manage time and resources effectively to achieve optimal results for clients and the organization.
  • Staff Planning: Lead staff planning processes across multiple sites, including roster development, staff replacement, recruitment, leave planning, and resource allocation.

Key Requirements:

  • Knowledge of relevant industrial instruments, policies, and procedures.
  • Able to maintain equitable scheduling practices.
  • Assist in resolving scheduling, establishment, and payroll issues.

Work Environment:

  • Collaborate with management and staff across Forensic Residential Services (FRS).
  • Diverse multidisciplinary environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Industrial instruments knowledge.
