Our organization is seeking an experienced Workforce Optimization Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a key role in optimizing our workforce through the effective analysis and reporting of data, as well as the utilization and configuration of scheduling solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and test solution changes to optimize schedules.
  • Drive process improvements through effective analysis and stakeholder communication.
  • Maintain user trust through ongoing solution performance and maintenance.
  • Support end users with technical inquiries regarding solution functionality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with scheduling and workforce management systems.
  • Ability to configure and customize scheduling software.
  • Skill in managing large datasets and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Understanding of labor laws and regulations related to scheduling.

What You Will Achieve:

As a Workforce Optimization Specialist, you will play a key role in creating optimized workforce plans through the effective use of data analysis and reporting tools. You will be immersed in the solution, testing and configuring new functionalities, proposing and driving system enhancements, and working with key stakeholders to achieve clear outcomes aligned with primary objectives.
