
Strategic Partnership Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Partnership Manager to join our global organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with digital marketing and eCommerce agency partners, driving joint go-to-market initiatives, improving customer acquisition and retention, and ensuring the success of our partner ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit new digital marketing agencies into our partner program
- Manage and grow a portfolio of partners as their primary point of contact
- Develop joint strategies to drive customer acquisition and growth
- Build effective relationships to ensure alignment on priorities and goals
- Collaborate on new service offerings and enablement programs
- Deliver partner training and sales enablement materials
- Analyse partner performance and make data-driven recommendations
- Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer success teams
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years' experience in partnerships, business development, or channel management, ideally within SaaS, Martech, or eCommerce
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with proven ability to generate insights from data
- Passion for driving partner engagement and SMB growth
- Experience working with digital marketing agencies or SMB service providers
- Familiarity with Martech, eCommerce, and digital ecosystems
- Experience collaborating with global teams across time zones
