About You

We are looking for an established and entrepreneurial executive leader with a demonstrated commitment to early learning and childcare outcomes. You will have significant experience (10+ years) in a senior leadership role ideally within the childcare, education, or related human services sectors.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a clear and compelling strategy for Mayfield Childcare, partnering closely with the Board of Directors to define strategic goals and identify growth opportunities.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement to ensure high-quality service delivery across all centres, ensuring compliance with State and Federal regulations.
  • Foster a positive organisational culture that aligns with the values of Mayfield Childcare, emphasising collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
  • As the face of Mayfield Childcare, represent the organisation in engaging investors, government agencies, industry associations, and the broader community including parents and families to enhance brand and market presence.
