Key Account Manager - Drive Business Growth with Goodyear

We are seeking a highly experienced Key Account Manager to lead our ANZ business growth through strategic partnership with our Distribution Partner.

About the Role:

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic distributor account plan to achieve volume, share, and profitability objectives for the Goodyear portfolio.

You will work closely with our Distribution Partner to gain a strategic competitive advantage, conducting ongoing business reviews, account analysis, and presentations. Your goal will be to influence the Distributor to ensure alignment with Goodyear ANZ objectives.

This role requires strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills, ideally within large consumer-based products. You will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for key Distributor Partner to achieve financial and market share objectives.
  • Build and manage relationships with our Distribution Partner to gain a strategic competitive advantage.
  • Influence the Distributor to ensure alignment with Goodyear ANZ objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and pricing functions to build and manage product brand presence and brand equity across the market.
  • Partner with Supply Chain function to facilitate demand forecasting and supply planning process for the Distributor.
  • Foster team building and collaboration by providing direction and support to internal stakeholders and partners.
Requirements:
  • 10 years B2B sales experience (minimum 5 years Key Account Manager experience).
  • Experience of account management within a distribution model is highly regarded.
  • A proven record of successful growth of sales with large key account customers/organisations.
  • Strong negotiation skills with large key accounts.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management both internally and externally.
