The Patient Experience Unit Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's culture, dedicated to enhancing patient satisfaction.
Working collaboratively with the Associate Director of Patient Experience, this individual will develop, implement and facilitate systems and processes that promote a positive patient experience.
This role provides operational leadership to the Patient Experience Unit by:
- Exploring innovative service delivery models
- Investigating opportunities for process improvement
- Championing initiatives that drive patient engagement
Key qualifications include:
- Experience working in healthcare environments
- Strong recruitment, performance management and staff retention skills
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent presentation and Office 365 skills
