Lead Our Patient-Centred Care Team

The Outpatient Services Manager leads a fast-paced service structure that includes outpatient operations, daytime units, and inpatient sleep services. This role fosters collaboration across care settings, continually refining workflows to meet changing needs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize administration and patient experience.
  • Recruit, train, and allocate responsibilities; manage office space and rostering.
  • Ensure OH&S policies, regulatory compliance, and budget outcomes.
  • Streamline administrative procedures and systems; drive updated workflows.
  • Engage stakeholders to adopt new processes; lead continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Represent administration and support functions in department meetings.

  • Requirements:
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills to guide a multidisciplinary team.
  • A high level of IT proficiency to navigate multiple systems, enabling efficient workflows and data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to apply a sharp eye for process improvement and adapt to new programs and evolving KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues, patients, and external partners.
