About the RoleThe Operations Director provides outstanding workforce and operational leadership to ensure delivery of exceptional care and commercial performance through support services teams.
- Leadership, strategic direction, and operational management
- Ensuring support services teams provide high-standard service delivery and outcomes within set standards
- Supervising day-to-day operations, staff supervision and compliance with relevant legislation and standards
- Managing rostering, staffing and ensuring policies, procedures and safe work practices are upheld
- Meeting safety, service, quality and other organisational targets
- Proven performance in a similar operational role
- Proven ability to improve efficiency and deliver business results
- Successful track record with delivering accreditation and compliance requirements
- A strong patient-centric mindset
- Management of rostering and team development
- Leadership capability to develop staff in delivering exceptional service
- Demonstrated commitment towards quality improvement
- Highly developed interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility and adaptability
