Industrial Relations Specialist

We seek a seasoned Industrial Relations Specialist to join our HR team in a landmark metro rail infrastructure project in Greater Western Sydney.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in industrial relations, including managing relationships with unions and negotiating collective bargaining agreements. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures that comply with Fair Work regulations, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and investigating and resolving grievances and complaints from employees and union representatives.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in Industrial Relations
  • In-depth knowledge of Fair Work laws and regulations
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
