- Deliver training on ER/IR processes and obligations to leaders.
- Monitor changes in IR laws, adapting company policies accordingly.
- Prepare reports on ER/IR activities and outcomes.
- Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
- Strong knowledge of Australian IR laws and frameworks.
- Previous experience in industrial type sectors or comparable environments (blue collar).
- Proven ability to manage complex workplace investigations and disputes.
- Experience in developing and implementing workplace agreements.
