We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Ahrens. As an Office Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our office, providing vital administrative support to our staff, directors, and executives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain office areas, supplies, and vendor relationships.
  • Organize office events, meetings, and handle catering arrangements.
  • Serve as a primary contact for office inquiries and administrative support.
  • Process and allocate incoming payments and follow up on overdue invoices.
  • Conduct weekly debt collection meetings with the CFO and prepare monthly reports.
  • Manage vendor information and oversee insurance renewals.
  • Troubleshoot vendor management systems and maintain accurate reports.
  • Administer the corporate travel platform, including user training and system evaluation.
  • Handle travel credits, reporting, and reimbursements.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed to support office operations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a dynamic and confidential environment.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of internal and external customers.
