Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain office areas, supplies, and vendor relationships.
- Organize office events, meetings, and handle catering arrangements.
- Serve as a primary contact for office inquiries and administrative support.
- Process and allocate incoming payments and follow up on overdue invoices.
- Conduct weekly debt collection meetings with the CFO and prepare monthly reports.
- Manage vendor information and oversee insurance renewals.
- Troubleshoot vendor management systems and maintain accurate reports.
- Administer the corporate travel platform, including user training and system evaluation.
- Handle travel credits, reporting, and reimbursements.
- Perform additional tasks as needed to support office operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a dynamic and confidential environment.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of internal and external customers.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
- Ability to work autonomously with an organized and methodical approach.
