We have become a full Construction, Engineering, Mining Services, Sheds & Silos and Water Storage company which provides complete turnkey project solutions, supported by 26 divisions and backed by 1300-plus people.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain and manage office areas, supplies, and vendor relationships.
- Organise office events, meetings and handle catering arrangements.
- Serve as a primary contact for office inquiries and administrative support.
- Process and allocate incoming payments and follow up on overdue invoices.
- Conduct weekly debt collection meetings with the CFO and prepare monthly reports.
- Manage vendor information and oversee insurance renewals.
- Troubleshoot vendor management systems and maintain accurate reports.
- Administer the corporate travel platform, including user training and system evaluation.
- Handle travel credits, reporting, and reimbursements.Perform additional tasks as needed to support office operations.
**Skills and Experience**
- Previous experience working in a dynamic and confidential environment.
- Well developed interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of internal and external customers.
- High attention to detail and the ability to multiple tasks and changing priorities.Ability to work autonomously with an organised and methodical approach
