About the Role

Ahrens is seeking a skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing generalist HR support across our organization, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Provide support to managers on employee onboarding, including benefits enrollment and orientation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files and benefits information.
  • Coordinate employee reviews and performance evaluations.
  • Provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with benefits administration, including open enrollment and COBRA.
  • Manage employee communications, including company-wide announcements and HR-related updates.

Requirements

  • Experience in HR administration, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in HR or related field preferred.
