HR Transformation Expertise

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team as a trusted advisor, guiding leading organizations through their HR transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-impact solutions for diverse enterprise clients
  • Act as a trusted advisor, taking full ownership of client projects from initial discovery workshops to final deployment
  • Translate complex business requirements into robust solutions within SAP Employee Central and Employee Central Time Off
  • Design systems, manage configurations, and lead client-facing presentations and training sessions
  • Build strong partnerships with stakeholders and deliver solutions that exceed their expectations

Requirements:

  • Proven hands-on experience with the full implementation cycle of SAP Employee Central and SAP Employee Central Time Off
  • Mandatory certification in both Employee Central and Employee Central Time Off
  • Client-facing experience is essential, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of core HR and payroll business processes
