- Document requirements, processes, and user stories using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Miro.
- Engage with global stakeholders across Talent, Technology, and the business to ensure solutions meet both local and enterprise needs.
Requirements:
- Strong BA skills in functional HR transformation projects with expertise in process improvement.
- Experience with current/future-state mapping, process analysis, and user-centric design.
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Miro, and bonus points for Workday know-how.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and outcome-focused team player.
