Senior People Leader Job Opportunity

The ideal candidate will be an experienced and credible HR Business Partnering professional, supporting a major transformation across enterprise technology and cyber portfolios.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic HR Collaboration: Collaborate with senior leaders to align people strategies with business transformation priorities.
  • Organisation Design & Capability Development: Shape future-fit organisational structures, enabling smarter, leaner operating models.
  • Change Management at Scale: Support large-scale change, re-organisations, and operating model shifts.
  • Leadership Coaching & Performance Enablement: Coach leaders to lead confidently, manage performance constructively, and build inclusive, engaged teams that thrive through transformation.
  • Delivering Fit-for-Purpose People Solutions: Work closely with P&C Centres of Excellence to deliver scalable, tailored people solutions.
Requirements
  • Strong Enterprise HR Expertise: Deep experience in complex, mature organisational settings — ideally in technology-rich environments.
  • Change Leadership Credibility: Proven track record delivering structural change, workforce transition, and culture realignment at scale.
  • Tech & Cyber Fluency: Ability to engage confidently with technology and cyber leaders, understand legacy vs. modern tech stack challenges.
  • Leadership Capability Building: Experienced in enabling and coaching leaders to take accountability, drive performance, and role model culture.
  • Data & Commercial Acumen: Brings insight and commercial thinking, using people data and digital tools to inform decisions and measure success.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in HR, Organisational Psychology, Business or related discipline, and AHRI certification is desirable.
