Job Title: Enterprise Transformation Specialist
This is a temporary opportunity to broaden your experience and perspectives, step out of the confines of a standard project role and expand your scope to work with an interconnected ecosystem of industry professionals.
The ideal candidate is experienced in change management, supporting large-scale business transformation projects using sound principles and practices. They are successful in planning and delivering change initiatives within complex stakeholder environments.
The Enterprise Transformation Specialist will lead and oversee end-to-end project delivery by the PMO team, ensuring business requirements are met. They will proactively engage with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for optimisation in ongoing initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:

- Communicating project progress and deliverables effectively, ensuring stakeholders are informed and can provide feedback.
- Developing strategies during implementation to minimise disruption and support smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
- Managing competing priorities and expectations across the business and PMO team.
