Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with teams to manage device policies, processes, delivery, collection, and maintenance.
  • Provide technical help desk support services to internal and external users according to service standards.

You will need experience managing a fleet of devices, including day-to-day logistics, purchasing, and compliance with device policies. Key skills required include:

  • Experience managing hardware support for users in a moderately complex business environment.
  • Proficiency using service desk and knowledgebase software such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
