- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware-related issues in desktops, laptops, and servers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with software and network teams to ensure seamless system functionality.
- Support conference rooms and meeting areas with setup and troubleshooting of audio-visual equipment.
- Adhere to workplace safety and cybersecurity protocols during technical tasks.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in hardware maintenance and repair.
- Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+, are an advantage.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware systems and proficient in diagnosing and repairing hardware faults.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
