Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional PC hardware specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for testing and optimizing custom PCs to meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform thorough testing and quality assurance on custom PCs.
  • Servicing or replacing faulty components to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Resolving system/component compatibility issues through methodical troubleshooting.
  • Optimizing BIOS and driver settings, verifying RAM frequency, port functionality, Wi-Fi/Bluetooth connectivity, and other critical areas.
