We are seeking a seasoned Asset Manager to join our organization and oversee the management of our hardware and software assets.

As an Asset Manager, you will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and recording hardware and software assets to ensure compliance with vendor contracts. You will also be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the CMDB content and defining schemes for identifying hardware and software-related assets and CIs.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing inventory of CIs and assets, including dependencies and attributes. They will also be responsible for managing the lifecycle of hardware and software models in our digital management library (DML) from introduction to retirement.

You will perform verification and audit of DML and CMDB content, verify software assets with license contracts, confirm hardware assets with actual inventory, and initiate corrective actions and track them. Additionally, you will manage activities concerning license compliance audits to effectively respond to requests from software editors.

This role requires establishing and maintaining documentation of procedures, processes, and reports concerning asset and configuration management. The successful candidate will create and execute governance and strategic asset management functions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ITIL certification
  • Proficiency in IT asset management tools and ServiceNow software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI tool

Benefits:

$130,000 inclusive of super

Hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days at WFH)
