**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- Working in the Operational Control and Management System's (OCMS) Asset management team, the AIS Support specialist focusses on reviewing asset information along-with improving, implementing, and supporting changes to our asset management practises and processes.
- We are seeking for an experienced team member who can mature our hardware and software asset management standards and implement the processes to govern them, along-with performing updates to MTM's Asset Information Systems to support business needs.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Coordinate the development of Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) standards across our Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) portfolio.
- Ensure the division's standards, processes, procedures and asset information systems align to deliver best practices
- Help define, optimise, and develop HAM/SAM standards, processes, procedures, plans and controls to ensure appropriate service asset information is recorded for asset lifecycle planning and management
- Support strategic and tactical improvements to our Asset Information Systems to enhance business outcomes
- Provide Subject Matter Expertise, Support and Training across the business in the use of the Asset Information Systems and processes

**ABOUT YOU**
- Tertiary qualification in an Information Technology or Engineering discipline
- 5+ years' Asset Management experience, working in an asset intensive/focussed organisation
- Proven experience developing and implementing standards across hardware and software assets
- Experience working in a mixed IT/OT environment
- Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge and ability to work with large data sets is preferred
- Intermediate experience and knowledge using SQL and reporting tools such as SQL Server Reporting Services, Microsoft Power BI preferred
