Job Title: Asset Management Specialist
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Asset Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the asset lifecycle of IT hardware and peripherals, ensuring accurate and up-to-date asset records.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage vendor relationships to facilitate purchasing, oversee lease settlements and asset returns
- Develop and implement asset management processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Provide insights and reporting on asset expenditure, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in processes
- Demonstrated experience in finance, procurement, or asset management
- Strong vendor engagement skills and ability to develop collaborative supplier partnerships
- Knowledge of asset management systems, processes, and lifecycle management
