Job Overview

The role of a Guest Service Agent involves providing exceptional hospitality to guests from check-in to check-out.

This includes communicating effectively with guests and colleagues to ensure cohesive collaboration, promoting hotel amenities and services by having a deep understanding of products and offerings, displaying proficiency in accurately handling reservations and managing guest accounts, and being knowledgeable about local neighbourhood hotspots and sharing information with guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver memorable customer experiences through tailored support and service excellence.
  • Maintain open lines of communication to facilitate seamless collaboration and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Stay up-to-date on hotel offerings and promotions to provide guests with informed recommendations and enhance their stay.
  • Accurately manage guest accounts and reservations, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Develop knowledge of local attractions and share insider tips with guests to enrich their experience.
