We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Specialist - Histology and Molecular Genetics. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for building revenue and increasing market share for new and existing suppliers and product lines within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Provide sales and technical presentations on products and solutions to customers and internal teams.
- Manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously, including visiting customers to educate them on our solutions.
- Travel regularly within the assigned territory to meet with customers, understand new and existing markets, and present on key product lines and suppliers.
- Qualifications in Medical Science, with a focus on Histology and Molecular Genetics.
- Relevant industry experience, with a strong track record of success in sales and business development.
- Strong teamwork and project management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and demonstrate initiative.
