Business Development Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development professional to join our team at EBR. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the foreign exchange market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate business opportunities in the foreign exchange market
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the SME business sector
  • Conduct market research and analyze business processes to identify areas for growth
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques

Requirements:

  • University or college degree required
  • Substantiated interest in FX services and products, the foreign exchange markets, and the SME business sector
  • Previous outbound business-to-business phone marketing or sales experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to navigate corporate structures to identify decision-makers
  • High degree of self-motivation and focus, combined with effective organizational and time management skills
  • Professional approach to prospective clients, coupled with active listening skills and an inquisitive nature
  • Ability to work as a team player towards a specific sales goal
  • Well-versed in the usage of Microsoft Office products, Excel databases, and CRM systems
