Business Development Role

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Business Development specialist at EBR, a global payment and risk management solutions specialist based in Sydney.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify Business Opportunities: Source prospects and evaluate their foreign exchange needs to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Manage Client Relationships: Utilize a consultative approach to sell client solutions, manage client onboarding, and maintain client relationships via our CRM system.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Report weekly sales numbers to the Regional Manager and contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Adhere to Performance Criteria: Ensure all internal processes and SLAs are followed to maintain exemplary customer experience and adhere to the performance criteria outlined in the Sales Scorecards.
Requirements:
  • Education: University or College degree required.
  • Experience: Previous outbound business-to-business phone marketing or sales experience.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to navigate corporate structures, and high degree of self-motivation and focus.
  • Software Proficiency: Well-versed in the usage of Microsoft Office products, Excel databases, and CRM systems.
