Job Overview
  • We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a People Advisor.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to work closely with leadership teams to implement and manage our company policies and procedures.

You will provide high-level coaching and mentoring to leaders and the workforce, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.

As a People Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting our leadership development training program and driving regular initiatives to promote our culture and values.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Work closely with leadership teams to ensure effective implementation and management of company policies, practices and procedures.
  2. Provide high-level coach/mentoring to leaders and the workforce.
  3. Support leaders with organisational reviews and drive regular initiatives to promote our culture and values.
  4. Initiate, manage and contribute to major reports, projects, committees and continuous improvement activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in human resources, employee relations or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a HR generalist role covering IR/ER, performance management, organisational development and HR reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including interviewing, counselling, negotiating and report writing.
  • Well-developed organisational and administrative skills, including strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and control own workload.
