HR Generalist Advisor

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide HR advice and support to our management team and employees. The successful candidate will have experience working in a human resources generalist role, covering industrial relations, performance management, organisational development, and HR reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and manage HR policies and practices that promote a positive working environment and support our company culture and values.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to leaders and the workforce, promoting high-level performance and engagement.
- Support organisational reviews and drive regular HR initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of projects and reports.
- Develop and implement leadership development training programs, supporting employee growth and retention.
- Tertiary qualification in human resources or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in HR generalist roles, covering IR/ER, performance management, organisational development, and HR reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate, counsel, and write effective reports.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks.
