Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive HR support across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, probation reviews, data entry, documentation, and offboarding.
  • Manage the administration of the apprentice and trainee program.
  • Coordinate work experience programs.
  • Monitor the HR and Apprentice inbox and assist with queries, escalating as required.
  • Assist with reporting, data entry, and compliance tracking.
  • Assist in coordinating training requests and tracking completion.
  • Maintain and update personnel files to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Support the HR team with generalist and project-based tasks.
  • Assist with planning and coordination of HR events.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks including filing and data management.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess :

  • A recent HR degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • A passion for HR and a can-do attitude.
  • An interest in developing and establishing skills in HR.
  • Proactive and organized approach.
