About the RoleYou will deliver best practice across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and HR administration as a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including advertising, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Coordinate pre-employment checks, visa requirements, and international onboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records and support payroll processing.
- Administer employee benefits and coordinate training and health initiatives.
- Advise on HR policies, procedures, and legislative compliance.
- Support employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary processes, and performance management.
- Deliver HR reporting and contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- 3-5 years' experience in a similar HR role (oil & gas industry experience highly regarded).
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and local employment legislation.
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with HRIS systems.
- Degree in HR Management, Business, or related discipline (CIPD or working towards is desirable).
- Be part of a collaborative organisation.
- Work across diverse HR functions - no two days will be the same.
- Involve yourself in both operational and strategic HR activities.
- Shape processes and drive continuous improvement.
