Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a multi-faceted role where you will perform a full range of generalist HR activities and develop your approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-end recruitment with strategic planning and implementation
  • Effective facilitation of onboarding, orientations, and offboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions
  • Providing expert support and advice to managers on performance and people-related matters
  • Collaborative assistance in Work Health & Safety matters to maintain a safe working environment
  • Delivering best practice HR advice to managers and employees to drive business outcomes
  • Supporting training & development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Employment Law, Industrial Relations, Employee Relations, or Organisational Psychology
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employment law, WHS law, and related matters to provide expert guidance
  • Prior demonstrated experience working in a similar HR role with a proven track record
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to build strong relationships
  • Knowledge/experience in PayGlobal and ELMO (desired) for efficient HR system management
  • Police Clearance and Driver's Licence as required for the role
