Gough Recruitment AU is seeking a skilled Account Manager/Business Development Manager to join their team.

As a key member of the company, you will be responsible for maintaining existing client relationships and actively pursuing new business opportunities in the real estate and property development industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate, development, and construction principles, as well as excellent people skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

You will work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

In this role, you will also attend sales meetings, conferences, and networking events to establish and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Servicing clients and nurturing relationships
  • Achieving and surpassing minimum monthly sales targets
  • Attending sales meetings and conferences
  • Monitoring and reporting on sales activities
  • Creating and conducting effective proposal presentations
  • Ongoing client management
  • Diary management and organizing appointments

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to join a dynamic team and contribute to the company's growth and success.

The successful candidate will have a valid driver's license, corporate presentation skills, and the ability to think outside the box. A competitive salary package includes a base salary of $100,000 - $120,000, bonus, and car allowance, totaling $140,000 - $160,000 OTE (On-Target Earnings).
