About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional services sales expert to join our team in Sydney or Brisbane. As a Strategic Business Development Manager, you will work closely with our Chief Growth Officer and other practice leaders to establish strong partnerships with existing clients and acquire new business.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing strategic plans to meet client needs and drive revenue growth;
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through rigorous business-sponsored processes;
  • Collaborating with craft leaders, sales teams, and alliance leads to ensure a unified growth plan and delivery;
  • Providing exceptional customer service and communication to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.

In exchange for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including 5 weeks annual leave, career development opportunities, and flexible working arrangements.

About You

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual with a proven track record of client growth and business development, digital customer strategy, and marketing technology. Your skills and qualifications should include:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in selling and/or delivering professional services;
  • Deep industry expertise in selling and engagement of coordinated professional services, predominantly Adobe, Headless, Salesforce, and Digital Transformation;
  • Excellent commercial nous and stakeholder engagement style – genuine, enthusiastic, and solutions-focused;
  • Able to mitigate difficult client and project situations professionally with influencing and negotiating skills.
