**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team across the region.

**Requirements**

  • Leadership experience in a similar role, with exposure to Agribusiness Banking.

  • Experience working with beef, horticulture, and cropping customers highly regarded.
  • Excellent networking skills and the ability to maintain strong professional relationships with a range of stakeholders.

**What We Offer**

  • A competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Flexible working arrangements, including intrastate and interstate travel.
