Business Development Manager

This role is focused on driving business growth and expansion in the Australian market.

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our Sales team in strategic direction execution.

The successful candidate will possess the following key attributes:

  • Demonstrated sales experience, preferably in commercial vehicle business.
  • Minimum 3 years Business Development B to B and B to C and Account Management experience in related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing strategic direction for VIC, SA & WA territory.
  • Working closely with CV and OE sales organisation to foster and grow customer base.
  • Carry out regular visitations to customer premises and manage relationships at Dealer level to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Support CV and OE Dealerships & Fleets with advice on specification to meet applications as a trusted advisor.
  • Assist in the development of sales initiatives with AM, CV OEM and OES partners.
