Lead Business Growth Specialist

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a fast-growing company as a Lead Business Growth Specialist, where you will play a pivotal role in driving profitable growth across various sectors.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert insight and leadership to support the growth of our business, while collaborating with internal teams to develop innovative solutions that meet customer needs. This includes advising on business strategies, developing models and analyses to understand profitability, and managing the deals approval process.

This role requires someone who is analytical, has exceptional Excel skills, and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should have 3-5 years' experience in a similar role, including knowledge of pricing, commerce, and finance. Additionally, you should have a broad understanding of the telco industry and previous exposure to Business, Enterprise, and Government sectors from a Telco Product perspective.

As part of this role, you will also be involved in tracking the profitability of approved deals and ensuring alignment with expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 3-5 years' experience in a similar role

  • Previous exposure to Business, Enterprise, and Government sectors from a Telco Product perspective
  • Exceptional Excel and data manipulation skills
