Fletcher Insulation
is a leading Australian manufacturer and distributor of insulation products, with iconic brands such as Pink Batts and Sisalation. We are an Australian company, and part of the Fletcher Building group. Our products are used extensively in the building industry on residential and commercial projects and are supplied through our specialist customer channels, which include insulation supply and install businesses, commercial contractors, national outlets and retail hardware stores.

About Your Role
You are an established
Business Process Analyst
, with a passion for driving digital transformation through process excellence? This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the
SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC)
and
EDI
landscape across Fletcher Insulation. In this role, you'll act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, applying your extensive SAP SD and LE expertise to optimise processes, resolve complex issues, and support strategic initiatives such as CRM and eCommerce implementations.
You will be empowered to make a real impact, enhancing operational efficiency, supporting continuous improvement, and contributing to the success of our digital transformation journey. We're looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, brings a proactive mindset, and is energised by the opportunity to influence business outcomes. With a strong foundation in SAP and EDI, you'll be instrumental in managing day-to-day operations, supporting key project deliverables, and ensuring seamless integration across systems.
Technical Skills & Capabilities
- Deep expertise in SAP Order-to-Cash (SD and LE), including configuration and process optimisation
- Extensive knowledge with EDI processes for sales orders and invoicing, including schema and soft configuration
- Solid understanding of master data management (customers, materials, pricing)
- Exposure to CRM and eCommerce implementation projects
- Ability to provide user training and contribute to process documentation
