Salary: AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, depending on experience

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Solutions Coordinator to lead the integration of key infrastructure initiatives such as M365 Upgrade, AWS Workspaces, and Call Centre Migrations. You will coordinate technical delivery across teams, manage implementation phases, and ensure alignment with operational and testing frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Integration Management: Lead the integration of M365, AWS Workspaces, Teams Telephony, and Call Centre Migration.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with IT and Workplace Engineers, ensuring technical alignment.
  • Implementation Oversight: Oversee implementation from development through production (Dev, QA, Prod).
  • Project Support: Support Project Managers with technical coordination and updates.
  • Workflow Management: Manage workflows using Jira and ensure resource allocation.
  • Technical Procurement: Facilitate hardware/software procurement and technical change implementation.
  • Escalation Point: Act as an escalation point for project challenges and enforce infrastructure standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience delivering M365 and Call Centre Migration projects.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS Workspaces).
  • Tech Skills: Experience tracking tasks/issues with Jira and Confluence.
  • Coordination: Excellent coordination skills across IT and business teams.
  • Timely Delivery: Ability to deliver on tight timelines.

  • MS Teams Expertise: Experience with MS Teams Telephony, ITIL, and leading virtual teams.
