The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. The location for this position is Sydney, NSW.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate multiple infrastructure streams (Hosting, Network, Workplace, and Database) as an enabler of LOB change initiatives
  • Provide support for Project Managers (e.g., Technical coordination, status updates)
  • Manage workflow/oversee implementation for LoB projects into Infra team (Jira/backlog etc)
  • Work with Infrastructure line managers to organize resourcing for delivery tasks
  • Work with project stakeholders to manage delivery
  • Facilitate the ordering of infrastructure hardware/software as required
  • Facilitate technical change implementation
  • Be an ambassador for the Infrastructure team working across the business to provide effective communication on Infrastructure matters
  • Escalation point for customer stakeholders-change initiative challenges

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the delivery of infrastructure solutions
  • Technical awareness of infrastructure products
  • Business analysis skills for supporting business requirement definition (infrastructure specific)
  • Experience with outcome-based setups, delivering on hard commitments and fixed timelines
