The Role

We're seeking a Senior Infrastructure & Solutions Analyst with robust infrastructure experience to join our Technology team. As the Senior Infrastructure & Solutions Analyst, you'll provide analytical support, assist with technical solution design, and coordinate to support the evolution of the NPP real-time payments platform.

This role will involve day-to-day collaboration with the NPP Technology Delivery, Engineering, Architecture, Data Platforms, and other cross-functional teams to support ongoing capability development and strategic initiatives.

Key Capabilities

  • Sound technical analysis experience (5+ years) preferably in a payments environment
  • Strong infrastructure and project delivery experience, including infrastructure projects or application migration
  • Detailed understanding of high availability and resilient solutions, cloud native solutions, data warehouse systems, event streaming systems, high-throughput systems, volumetric analysis, and modelling
  • NPP (or similar) knowledge at systems or operational level would be an advantage
  • Influencing stakeholder attitudes, decisions, and actions for mutual benefit
