Job Opportunity: Experienced Customer Service Leader

Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned customer service professional to lead the end-to-end customer journey for our company's services in Australia, with seasonal support across New Zealand. This role will own the customer experience before, during, and after delivery, with a clear focus on retaining at least 90% of customers, attracting new customers, ensuring seamless coordination, and acting as the critical link between customers, lab teams, operations, and commercial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact for all customer communications from booking through to delivery and feedback.">
  • Ensure customers are fully informed and confident about the process, timeline, and mutual expectations for successful outcomes.">
  • Own pre, during, and post-delivery follow-ups, including data collection, rebooking discussions, and satisfaction checks.">
  • Proactively gather and use customer feedback to drive improvements in experience and retention.">
  • Build strong, empathetic relationships based on trust, transparency, and responsiveness.">
  • Onboard, train, and drive the adoption of our company's customer experience software and tools.">

Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess proven success in a customer success or service role, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, time management, prioritization, and detail orientation. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are also essential.

Preferred Skills: Knowledge of agricultural/life sciences is an asset. Experience working with similar companies or organizations is preferred.
