We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Our clients, including commercial and public sectors, primarily in financial services and SMEs, require talented individuals with previous retail and hospitality experience to take their skills to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service through phone-based interactions, resolving enquiries and issues efficiently.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring high satisfaction rates.
- Process orders, track transactions, and assist clients with inquiries, maintaining accurate records and efficient client engagement journeys.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team environment to achieve shared objectives, prioritizing tasks and managing workload effectively.
- Ensure all administrative compliance requirements, data entry, and client engagement processes are met, maintaining a high level of professionalism and organisation.

Requirements:

- Previous experience (ideally 12 months) in Customer Service or a related field.
- Experience in fast-paced environments, demonstrating adaptability and reliability.
- Excellent communication and data entry skills, with proficiency in computer systems and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Strong commercial attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting staff.
